Anything goes challenge

Good morning, a new challenge starts over at The Male Room blog today. It's anything goes. I did a mini slimline card for this.

I started out with cutting a 6x8 pattern paper to 3x5. I then cut a piece of white cardstock to fit on the front of the card.

I got a new stamp set from Unity. It's called a wintery hello I just had to try out. I stamped the deer and the snowflake with drown distress ink and I edged the paper with the same brown ink. I also stamped the snowflake on the pattern paper.
Lasty, I added some jute to the bottom and added it to a dark brown card base.

Animal challenge

Good morning, there is a new challenge over at The Male Room Blog. The theme is animals and here is my card for it.

I started out making a background using blue and green distress ink and smooshing it on a craft mat. I then stamped the deer stamp and cut out and matted on black cardstock.

Before I added the to the front of the card base, I stamped random stamps on the background in the blue ,green and black inks to match the background I made.

Lastly, I added some washi tape to the bottom and that is it. I hope to join the challenge.

Funny/Pun challenge.

A new challenge over at The Male Room blog. Funny/Pun challenge.

I used the grumpy birds stamp and saying from Unity stamp. I just think they are too funny. So, what I perfect stamp set to use for this challenge.

I first stamped out the birds and colored them with copic markers.

Next, I stamped out the saying and cut that out. Lastly, I took some blue paper to make the card base and stamped some snowflakes from Viva Las VagaStamps  in blue distress ink. I edged the card with the same blue ink to grunge it up a bit.

I hope you come join in the challenge over at The Male Room blog.
