Mixed media slimline card

 Good morning I have a slimline card for you today.

I used stamps, stencils, die cuts, washi tape and digital labels. I colored the mushroom with copic markers and added some white gel pen to the caps.

Monochromatic challenge

 Good morning, there is a new challenge over at The Male Room challenge blog.

I started out by spraying the card base with some lost shadow distress oxide spray. I then randomly stamped two stamps in black ink for the background. 1 was from Paper Artsy and the other is from Lost Coast Designs. 

Next, I added a label and some washi tape, so the die cut had a grounding spot. Lastly, I added an die cut standing gentleman. Edged it all in black and that is my card.

Mixed MediaChallenge

 Good morning. Today is a start of a new challenge over at The Male Room blog. Mixed Media and here is what I made.

I started out with a digital folio called grungy gentleman folio.  I found it on ESTY from Vibe of Vintage.

I cut out one of the backgrounds and I layered it on top of Kraft cardstock. I stamped on it with a text stamp. I also stamped on the tap file that I added to the side of it. 

I layered one of the images from the kit onto black cardstock and added that to the bottom of the page.

I had this tag with the measure stamp just on my table, so I cut it down and added it to the side. Lastly, I added some die cuts and some ephemera to it.

Feathers challenge

 Good morning. Happy November 1st to you all. Today we have a new challenge over at The Male Room blog.

I started out looking through my scrap paper to find some good guy color scraps so I could die cut them. I found this one that I was trying out the new distress mica stains.

I then layered it on black the white and then black again with a white card base. I would call this a CAS card.

 Hello, Happy September. 
Today we start a new challenge over at The Male Room blog. Leaves.

I started out with a mustard color cardstock and some Fall colors of distress ink. I used Unity stamp set, embrace the change.

Next, I layered that onto black cardstock and die cut hello there out of white and gold cardstock. Lastly, I added some leaf rub-on.

 Hello, I have a tag for you today using Lost Coast stamps.

Stamps Used:

Travel stuff set

Pieces of calligraphy 

I started out with a white card base, and I used some drowns and grays in the distress ink colors. I then stamped a stamp from the travel stuff set in gray ink randomly over the tag. I then glued a die cut of a man in the middle of the tag. 
Lastly, I stamped the circle from the Pieces of calligraphy in 3 spots around the tag.

Stencil or Die challenge

 Hello all, today we have a new challenge of at The Male Room blog. You have to use a stencil or a die. For me I used both.

I started out with some black cardstock and a stencil from Tim Holtz. Also, some white ink. I used a sponged to add the ink through the stencil. To my surprise the white ink didn't fade back like most of them do. 

Then I grabbed a scrap of distress smooching I had done a while ago and had in my 'just in case' pile and added that to the front. I stamped the steampunk bug on white cardstock and cut out. I added that to the front of the card and Lasty I added some steampunk gears to the strip of distress cardstock I added so it would tie in together.

 Hello, I'm one of the new Design Team members at Viva Las VegaStamps. I'm so happy. To start off my first post I have a card for you all.

I stared out with a tag and some purple Distress ink. I did the smooching technique with the ink and a glass mat.  

After I got the tag where I liked the color, I then die cut 3 feathers from it.

I then stamped grunge 1787 writing background on the feathers. For the card background I did the say smooching technique but with gray Distress ink.  I stamped the waybill with black soot Distress ink on the background and inked the edges of the card panel. 

Lastly, I glued 2 feathers down and I tied a bow on the 3rd one and added foam tape and placed it in the middle.

Sketch Challenge

 Hello and good morning. Today we have a new challenge over at The Male Room blog. It is a sketch challenge. 

I started off with one of Tim Holtz's die. I didn't know what one I was going to use of the paper, so I decided to use both. I stamped the Kraft inside design with a word stamp from Lost Coast design. I then took the black cardstock and glued it to the top of the white card base. I then filled in with the Kraft. 

Next, I stamped the croc man also from Lost Coast design on the bottom and colored him with copic markers.  I then added a sentiment sticker next to him.

Pop-up card challenge

 Good afternoon. Today I have a pop-up card for you for The Male Room challenge. 

I used a lawn fawn pop-up die. I was my first time using it. I stamped some trees on the back panel and I stamped and cut out some deer to add in. I also cut out a tree to add in. I then die cut some grass to add in filler.

Lastly, I stamped a wood circle and a saying on the front of the pop-up.

 

St. Patty's Gnome

 So, I made a mini slimline card. I used Unity stamps Shenanigans gnome set. I colored it with copic markers and cut out. I used Trinity stamps Celtic twist mini slimline die.

New Challenges

 Good morning, all. It's a new month and new challenges. Today we start with Lost Coast. For 2 weeks it is a circle challenge. Here is my card to start it off.
