Today starts a new challenge over at The Male Room blog.
I then stamped the cars with black ink and then used black embossing power on it. Edged it with black ink. 
Then I started on the card base. I used Kraft cardstock. I some grungy "filler" stamps on it with black and blue ink to match the tag. I then added my tag to the middle. Lastly, I added some ephemera, and we have a card.

Cathy, what a great vintage card! Love all the distressing you did to create it. You used perfect ephemera to carry on with the vintage feel!! Thanks for describing how you created it, I am always so cautious, that mine never looks just right to my eye... I think you've taught me to be more bold. It's a great inspiration card for our challenge participants!!! -Donna
