Here is just my painted cover. I LOVE how it came out. I first painted it with gesso and then I sprayed it with starch and I did pearl ex on it. Now I have have to finish it but I just had to show you that color of my cover.

I love the color of your journal! I'm partial to blues lately...
As to your question on my blog, I used different ink pads. Some were juicier than others. But no white paint.
